Reservations:
To reserve an expedition the client must send a bank deposit equivalent to 30% of the total cost within no more than 45 days prior to the expedition. This deposit will be deducted from final payment.
Reservations must be accompanied by the completed and signed forms (Registration form; medical form; list of personal equipment;etc) sent via e-mail to info@patagoniaexplorers.com. As well as a copy of the bank deposit or wire transfer to the account specified in the Registration Form.
Cancellations and refunds:
Cancellations received up to 30 days prior to the commencement of the expedition, will reimburse the deposit less a 15%
Cancellations received up to 15 days prior to the commencement of the expedition, will reimburse the deposit less a 20%
The penalty is to cover administration fees and Patagonia Explorers services

In the case that PE may be forced to cancel an expedition, the total amount payed will be refunded.
The custom designed itineraries involve work to design and plan such a special request. Due to this, in addition to the general Registration, Cancellation and Refund policies, we require the payment of USD150.- (non refundable), in concept of commitment. This amount shall be deducted from the final cost of the trip.
Patagonia Explorers is exclusively devoted to provide services related to kayak and trekking expeditions (organizing and logistics). We reserve the right to: at any moment- before or after commencement or during the expedition; due to good faith reasons; to modify cost and itinerary. This includes alter or omit any part of the itinerary or replace a hotel night.
Patagonia Explorers itineraries do not include international or domestic flights: all travelers are responsible of organizing their own flights and connections.
Patagonia Explorers assumes no responsibility for delays caused by transportation companies.
We suggest you hire travel insurance.

Client to guide ratio is 4: 1.Groups are kept small to offer personalized attention and to provide a high quality experience. Normally our group size are conformed by 3 to 8 participants and the maximum group is 12 participants.
